Energy Boosting Chocolate & Peanut Butter Slice

This is a one of those recipes that isn't really a recipe- type recipes 🤔

But these are the best 3pm energy pickups; Offering a more nutritious treat to swap your exisiting nutrient-void treats for. They will provide you with Protein (energy stabilisation), Magnesium (stress support), Vitamin C and small amount of Iron (low iron female clients? ). They absolutely couldn't be simpler.
Base:
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 cups buckwheat flour or almond meal (your preference)
3 tablespoons maca powder
Top:
Melted dark chocolate

Incorporate all the base products; till workable.
Spoon into a pan lined with baking paper
Freeze for 45 minutes
Melt the chocolate and pour over the the top of the base
Refrigerate

Once set; cut into tidy squares; or relaxed segments like we did. Store in fridge.
