Homemade Dark Chocolate with Reishi Powder

-100 grams cacao butter
-6 tablespoons maple syrup
-70 grams cacao powder
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1 teaspoon Reishi or other mushroom powder
-Pinch sea salt

Place cacao butter in a heat proof bowl, placed over simmering water (double boiler method). Melt down.
Once melted take off heat, and add cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract and Reishi powder, mix well.
Pour into your mould (I used ice cube trays which worked great) let cool and then place in fridge.
Leave over night and in the morning you can pop them out and decorate.
I used Goji berries, Matcha powder, Lavender flowers, Himalayan salt, and gold foil. You can use anything!
